What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture orders?

Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring freight delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for arrival depending on your location.

Do you offer fabric swatches or material samples?

Yes, we offer complimentary fabric and wood finish swatches for most of our collections. You can request up to five samples through our 'Order Swatches' page to ensure the perfect match for your home.

What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All Haustile furniture includes a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an item has entered the shipping process or been handed to a carrier, we are unable to make changes.

Do you provide white-glove delivery and assembly services?

Yes, for select metropolitan areas, we offer White-Glove Delivery which includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials for a flat fee.
