At Haustile, we want you to love your home upgrades, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and original-condition items. Please note that while we accept returns on most products, custom orders and clearance items are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Haustile account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
